Oxford Tailor makes ordering a custom shirts online completely risk-free with our fit promise. A full refund is allocated if you are dissatisfied. You can simply contact us.

Oxford Tailor reserves the “Right to deny” remake-requests in circumstances where alterations can be completed locally. Items cannot be remade based on customization changes. The cost of re-shipping of remade items comes under the individual’s budget. Due to limited fabric supply, some items may be unavailable to be remade, so there are other different fabrics that you can choose from.

Return Policy

A return claim must be submitted within 25 days of the order’s ship date to be considered eligible for return. Only good and unworn items will be accepted by Oxford Tailor. If the item is found previously worn or damaged, Oxford Tailor has the right to deny the issuance of a refund to an item. Oxford Tailor will not accept items that have been altered or adjusted in any way.

Any items returned to Oxford Tailor that do not meet the aforementioned requirements will be sent back to the client without a refund. If your items were purchased with a Coupon or Gift Certificate, the Coupon/Gift Certificate will be refunded/reimbursed before another payment source. You must return all items purchased as part of a promotion to receive a full refund. The items that you choose to keep will be charged at full market value.
